THE PSYCHOLOGY OF HEALING AFTER CANCER
Survival required strength. Healing requires support.
Phoenix Mindset teaches the part of recovery that medicine was never built to treat: the fear, the fog, and the quiet work of becoming yourself again after cancer.
THE PART MEDICINE DOESN’T TREAT
Treatment can end. That doesn’t mean the healing is finished.
Treatment can remove the cancer. It does not remove the fear that wakes you up at 3 in the morning, the fog that never quite lifts, or the quiet grief for the woman you were before your diagnosis. Nobody prepares you for what happens to your mind once your body starts to heal.

About Dr. Renaya

I was diagnosed with breast cancer during COVID. I survived treatment, and when it was over, I waited to feel like I had won. That feeling never came. What came instead was fear, fog, and a woman in the mirror I barely recognized.
I looked for something to help me heal the part of cancer that treatment never touched, and it didn’t exist. So I built it, not just for me, but for sisters like me.
